Summary: Brings out the bad boy in Spiderman. Terrific fun.

What I liked: Great movie, hence the five donuts! The great thing about Spiderman 3 is that there is 3 and a half villains in this movie: Sandman, Venom, Spidey’s dark side, and a vengeful Harry Osborne. It takes the time to show every villain’s story, and how Peter Parker (Toby) deals with them. This movie takes numerous good stories and intertwines them to make one big thrilling action movie. This movie slides together perfectly.
You figure out what is going to happen seconds before it does, keeping you on the edge of your seat until one line is laid and a long “Ohhhh” is heard throughout the theater. This movie really shows the hardship and emotional storms of reality, it adds the responsibility of being a superhero in New York, and smashes them into one jam-packed movie.

Didn't like: Nothing really bad about this movie, a lot of demons are let out of Spidey’s heart, and tied into a knot. I thought this could be the last of the series. And then I thought, “Wait….this is Spiderman”. So you can count on more.

Additional:
>>Dad: “Impressive that an action movie can weave in 5, count ‘em, 5 personal development stories with characters fighting against inner doubts and challenges. Some overcome, others succumb, but it all comes together in the end. Venom should have been bigger, deadlier, and more of a key villain.”

Recommend for: All ages.

I'm with you...great movie!

It was really funny seeing Peter Parker play "cool" after so much effort to make him "uncool". I can just imagine the ribbing Toby took from the crew after some of those dancing/primping scenes...

I'm sure I missed past details on Spidey's invincibility, but he prevailed despite getting the crud kicked out of him...

It's great to see him from a different perspective. Yeah, the hair in the eyes really cancells out the "boy-next-door" look. Thanks for dropping by!

good reviews !!! very professional!! but i wonder when r u going to review pirates of the caribbean 3!!?? ;)

Thank you! As soon as my dad takes me!!But I did see the following, so there will be reviews on those to.

I honestly felt there was too much in this film. I enjoyed it overall, but that's only because I saw it at 3 Am in the morning on IMAX in NYC. THe plot seemed to go on and on and I thought it would never end. There were a lot of cheesy and unrealistic elements in it (like the french dude) and as usual there was too m uch screaming. I liked the second one alright (enough to buy it) but this one just didn't hit the high note well enough for me.

On a side note, I have to say that I do enjoy reading your reviews and that I love how professionally done they are. This site is a five donut for me.

nycindividual- Thank you! The one thing that concerned me was venom's (Eddy Brock) small part in the movie. Growing up with him as my favorite super villain, I expected more...

let's hope venom returns on the next movie. and let's hope he gets a bigger part on it and let's hope for a bigger a body, too!.. LOL.. he really looked too thin for a venom!

and yes! lets hope for a carnage, or a vulture, or a rhino, or a...
