Genre: Drama
What I liked: Oliver Stone’s World Trade Center is a real tear-jerker. The lead actors, Nicholas Cage and Michael Peña talked with the actual survivors, John McLoughlin and Will Jimeno, to get the part right down to the last word. This movie showed John and Will’s story as the World Trade Center came down on top of them, and they lay buried in the rubble waiting for rescue. Their family’s hardship is also shown through this film. You should really get the DVD to see all of the real people in commentaries talking. John had so many operations, and so much muscle removed that he had to re-learn how to walk. This movie is incredible.

Didn't like: No complaints.
Additional:
>>Dad: “Haunting images of that day. Very well delivered, but I would have liked to see a few more shots depicting the variety of help afterward. The iron workers, the posters everywhere, the flowers. A good one to buy and keep."
Recommend for: All ages, not for the faint-hearted, or relatives of 9/11 victims.

Comments:
This was a movie that I have not seen yet. The previews looked so sad. But, Nicholas Cage is one of my favorite actors.
I will rent it soon. Just picked up 2 movies last night.
Have you seen the new X-Men movie?
Also, told a few friends about your movie review blog this weekend.
Thanks,
Elizabeth G.
